EDUCATION

Noel was born July 25, 1961, in Farmington, NM, but was raised in Enid, OK where he graduated from Enid High School. He also graduated from the O.T. Autrey Vo-Tech School in Aircraft Mechanics. He is a 1986 graduate of Oklahoma Christian with a degree in Speech Communications.

PERSONAL

As of 2008, Noel and his wife, Lael, have been married 23 years. Lael is a registered dental hygienist. They have two daughters, Joelle 16, and Natalie 12. They both attend Harding Academy in Searcy.
